DelaxCom LLC was founded in Johnston, Iowa to fix a specific frustration: technology buying for small businesses is deliberately confusing.
Circuits are quoted in acronyms. Software is licensed in tiers designed to be upsold. Contracts auto-renew at rates nobody agreed to. And the person selling you the solution is usually paid by the company whose product they're recommending.
We work the other way round. We hold authorised relationships with Microsoft, Metronet and the major national carriers — which gets us real pricing — but we're not obligated to any of them. When we recommend something, it's because it fits, and we'll show you the comparison that got us there.
We're small on purpose. Our clients get a named consultant who knows their environment, not a ticket number. And we stay involved after the install, because renewals, escalations and billing disputes are exactly where most vendors go quiet.
