Common questions
How is dedicated internet different from business broadband?
Broadband advertises a maximum speed shared with your neighbours. Dedicated internet contracts a minimum — symmetrical, with a service level agreement and financial remedies if it is not met. The difference shows up on your worst day, not your best.
Do you charge for the comparison?
No. We are compensated by the carrier you ultimately select, at the same rate regardless of which one that is. That is deliberate — it removes the incentive to steer you.
How long does a fiber install take?
Anywhere from two weeks to four months depending on whether fiber already reaches your building. We tell you which situation you are in before you sign, not after.
